Clara is a trained birth doula, currently working towards her DONA International Certification.
In order to complete this process, she is taking on clients at a discounted charge. In return, she asks for an evaluation completed at the end of her services.
Please note that Clara is fully trained to be a doula, and her current process is to become internationally registered.

Meet and Greet - See if we're a good fit for each other! (Up to 2 hours)
Constant Contact - Clara will be available to respond for calls, texts or e-mails throughout your time.
Prenatal Visit 1 - Develop a birth plan and talk logistics! (Up to 2 hours)
Prenatal Visit 2 - Work on physical comfort measures, birthing positions, exercises and other elements of a positive birth. (Up to 2 hours)
On-Call - Clara will remain On Call for 1-2 weeks surrounding your due date, preparing for you to go into labor. This means she will be ready to get to you as soon as possible after receiving the call!
Labor - Remain by your side from the time you call her into labor to at least 30 minutes post partum. (Up to 20 hours)
Post Partum Visit - Check in on mom and baby roughly about 3 weeks post partum, although Clara will remain available up until then to aid with the mothers recovery process. (1 hour)
